In a QSHH session, you will be gently guided into a deep, peaceful state of relaxation, during which, your conscious mind takes a step back, and your Subconscious—or Higher Self—is brought forward. This is the powerful, most loving and all-knowing part of yourself which holds the wisdom to helping you understand the root causes of all your problems, challenges, traumas and physical conditions; and reveal the answers or solutions you need, to heal or overcome them.

You will be taken on a jouney inward, lead by your Subconscious or Higher Self, to the time, place or event which caused or triggered the issues you are struggling with today. You will uncover deeper messages and lessons behind these struggles, clear the traumas that particular experience brought, and receive advice on how to heal through it emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. If a certain challenge is karmic related, you will gain insights on how to work through it to balance or neutralise this karmic situation. In some instances, if it is according to your highest good, physical and/or psychological healing may occur during the session, as you gain clarity and insight, and discover the message or lesson behind the problem.

How the Session Works

Preparation: Both you and the therapist have an equal role in the success of the session. This is a powerful session hence both parties will need to prepare prior to the session to ensure that we are in the right space in mind, body and spirit, to receive the best results for the you. To aid in your preparation, you will receive a preparation manual beforehand to help you through the groundwork.

The Session: Sessions are conducted one-on-one in a private space to ensure you feel comfortable and safe throughout. Before the session begins, a space clearing will be performed to create a harmonious flow of energy, supporting your journey inward. A typical session lasts at least 4 hours and may extend longer depending on your situation and specific needs. Some sessions can take up to 7 hours or even more. Therefore you are adviced to clear your whole day for this session.

Post-Session: After your session, we'll go over what you experienced during your session, and your steps moving forward. If follow-up sessions are required, we'll discuss and schedule that. After, you'll also receive a recording of your experience. You are encouraged to listen to this recording multiple times, for it is in hearing the messages again will more clarity emerge, helping you process the messages and solutions revealed to you on an even deeper level.

Addressing Discovered Negative Entities and Attachments

If negative energies and attachments are discovered during your QSHH session, I will work with your Higher Self for the best and safest ways to address it. Depending on what’s best and safest for you, we may either continue your QSHH session and schedule a Negative Entities & Spirits Releasement (NESR) Therapy session soonest possible; OR stop your QSHH session and schedule a new date for a NESR session which will follow with the second half of your QSHH session.
